Attached are the proposed constitution changes for your consideration at the June 23rd union meeting. There are also two monetary motions presented. The constitution can be accessed on our union website under "Members" and then "Constitution/By-Laws". In addition, the budget for 2025-2026 will be presented, as well as committee updates. The meeting will be held June 23rd 2025 at 19:00hrs, located at the Rouge Woods Community Center, 110 Shirley Dr. Richmond Hill.

Please note the meeting will be a hybrid meeting, with in-person and virtual attendance. However, due to the complexity of amending and discussing the changes and motions, only members in person will be able to vote, amend and or speak to a constitution change or motion. Anyone attending virtually will be strictly observing.
